Today Carlita, the daughter of a friend of ours, graduated from the local high school in Pimampiro. They asked me to shoot the event for them. It is a wee bit different than graduations in the Estatus Unidas. One of the parents escorts the graduate into the auditorium. Then they put the robe on their son or daughter. 5 kids at a time come up to receive their cap from the principal. Then when the ceremony is done they serve every graduate a glass of wine a a cookie, that's right a glass of wine.
