We visited Ibarra yesterday to shop and visit friends. While on our visit we had the opportunity to meet and visit with Dr. Castillo, the Director of Education for Imbabura Province. I showed him my photos and he was interested in using them on the website for the Direccion de Educacion de Imbabura.
